I received a photo of a woman I met through an online dating service. She said that she was of a “mature age”,?

and that some of the wrinkles in her glamor photo were air brushed out. When I looked at the picture all that was left was the wall in the background. Is this a good sign?

Those wrinkles should not keep you two apart. You just need to iron out your differences.

Benjamin Franklin had a good piece about loving older women. Something about the lack of pretense and the gratitude.

Here it is. Look it up.

I shall always remember the conversation with a woman who we shall refer to as “Aunt Boodie.” She was 72 at the time. She told me, quite frankly, “All the men in my life want is sex, sex, sex.”

I said, “Hail to the human spirit, Charlotte.”

You have to admire a woman who knows what she wants and knows how to get it. When you get to age 70, there are seven available women for every available man. And the one that is available is busy playing golf or watching his portfolio turn to dust.

Get it while you can, Junior. The lips of time leech to the fountainhead. And that’s not the kind of BobbieJo you were looking for.

Yes. It is a very good sign. She is not a day older than 69.

Never fear, nana's here! April 23, 2010 at 1:09 pm

I thought they did a rather good job dear……..it adds an air of mystery to me. Now what time are you picking me up?

LOL. No that’s not a good sign.

Why would you want to use an online dating service? It’s better to date someone you already know/are acquainted with. Then there will be no unpleasant surprises.
