The links that I have there below are just options. Tell him to try a chat room first & ask ppl there one to one what they think. But, not Yahoo... that's all SPAM! He's in his 40s. There are plenty of young women out there, but if he isn't confident, has divorce problems, isn't mentally all there, it'll be noticeable. If what he wants is quantity, there are plenty of sites, if he wants quality, he should volunteer his time some where that'll put him in direct contact with quality women doing the same common thing he's doing.
