all thai fighter i dont have idea who they are and it depend on fighter sometime there is normal people with no skills for fight just step on ring and lose and not even good shape like burmese

I love Lethwei. unfortunately it is not practiced in Shan State, for the most part. and i am not allowed to enter Burma proper. so i hope, after Than Swhe dies and goes to hell, i hope i can enter yangon or mandalay and learn lethwei

Technically fascinating. The Thai guy is very tense in the first part of the fight, and takes a lot of punishment. He visibly relaxes later on (so becomes looser and faster) and lands several more shots and evades much more effectively.

i have seen that fight u are talking about i think. It was two young fighters and the burmese fighter was a random, so it was a 50/50 chance who would win the fight. There are cambodian fighters even here in australia where im from and they dont even dominate the australians with muay thai rules

Actually thats not true. I train Leth wei and there is a lot of defence in it. It depends on who is fighting and who is applying the principles the best. Win Tun has immaculate defense. My Lethwei trainer has incredible defense too and you wont be able to touch him. A lot of these Myanmar guys dont show defense because of pride issue. They would rather trade strikes and die than lose and play defense..thats why. I play defense in the Lethwei system because it’s the smart thing to do.
